Private service by IAG – not a government body
Business Portal

How we work

IAG is a private company. We prepare your company formation in Syria and accompany you. Here you can read what we do, what we check and what we do not do.

What we do

  • We ask about your situation. From this the portal works out possible formation routes, the documents needed and the steps.
  • We review your answers and documents and tell you what is missing.
  • We prepare the documents for submission to the authority.
  • We record every step in your case with its date.

What we check

  • Every legal statement in the portal comes from our source register, with source and check date.
  • An uploaded file only counts as reviewed once a member of IAG staff has explicitly accepted it.
  • If your case depends on a point that is not confirmed, an expert has to review it first. Until then the case does not count as ready.

What we do not do

  • We are not a government body and do not act on behalf of one.
  • We do not submit anything to authorities automatically. You submit the application yourself, or your authorised representative does.
  • We do not decide on approvals. We promise neither approval nor a processing time.
  • The portal does not replace legal or tax advice.
  • We do not pass your uploaded files to AI services.
  • We use no tracking and no advertising.

How to read the labels

Every legal statement belongs to one of three levels.

Confirmed
This statement was checked against the law text or an official publication. The official Arabic text remains binding. Confirmed statements carry no label in the text.
Still being checked
There is no official confirmation for this yet. IAG clarifies it when an expert reviews your case. Until then it is not binding.
Sources disagree
The sources contradict each other. This point is clarified individually for your case before anything is submitted.

Three things we keep strictly separate

  • An uploaded document has not yet been reviewed.
  • An internal approval by IAG is not yet a submission to the authority.
  • A submitted application is not yet an approved or registered company.
