1. Subject matter

With this portal, IAG provides a tool for preparing and supporting company formations in Syria. Use of registration and the questionnaire is free of charge. Further services are agreed separately.

2. Not a government body, no guarantee

IAG is a private company. Registrations and approvals are decided by the authorities. IAG owes neither an approval nor a particular processing time.

3. Information and assessment

The assessment is based on your information and on the source register as of the date stated there. Points marked “still to be verified” are not binding. The portal does not replace legal or tax advice.

4. Your cooperation

You provide complete and correct information, upload only documents that you are permitted to use, and keep your access details secret.

5. Submission to authorities

The submission is made by you or a representative authorised by you. The portal does not transmit anything to authorities. A submission noted in the portal does not mean that the authority has approved the application.

6. Remuneration

Paid services by IAG are agreed in an individual quote before they begin. Official fees and third-party costs are separate from these.

7. Applicable law and final provisions

These terms are a draft. The operator will determine the applicable law, place of jurisdiction and liability rules after legal review.
