Process
How the formation support works
From the first questionnaire to the documented outcome from the authority.
Complete the questionnaire
The assistant only asks questions that are relevant to your case. You can answer “I don't know yet” or “Advice needed” and save your draft at any time.
View the assessment
You receive a summary, possible formation routes with reasons, your list of documents, open questions and an ordered sequence of steps. Unsettled legal questions are marked “still to be verified”.
Hand the case over to IAG
You upload your documents and hand the case over to IAG. We only ask for personal identity document details when they are needed for the next step.
Review and approval
The IAG team checks information and documents, requests anything missing and clarifies unsettled legal questions. The internal approval is recorded with date, reviewer and reasons.
Submission to the authority
The submission is made by you or an authorised representative – in person or via the state portal. IAG prepares the package and records the office, date and reference. The IAG portal does not transmit anything automatically.
Outcome from the authority
Queries, registration or rejection are documented in the case. Only with a register number and date does the company count as registered in the portal.
Steps after registration
Tax file, chamber, social insurance and ongoing obligations remain in view as tasks.
Three things we keep strictly separate
- An uploaded document has not yet been reviewed.
- An internal approval by IAG is not yet a submission to the authority.
- A submitted application is not yet an approved or registered company.
This portal is a private service by IAG and not a government body. It does not replace legal or tax advice. Approvals are decided solely by the competent authorities; there is no assurance of approval or of processing time.
